I don't have a member account

Member accounts have been created for all families with a child playing in Magnolia Soccer last fall. If you don't have a user name and password try entering the e-mail address you think you used for soccer last year. User name and password are case sensitive. If you still do not receive login information e-mail us magsocclub@yahoo.com. PLEASE DO NOT START A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU PLAYED MAGNOLIA SOCCER LAST YEAR.

I have a new e-mail address and cannot get my user name and password

User name and password are case sensitive. Try restarting your browser. If you still cannot login e-mail us magsocclub@yahoo.com.

I want to change my user name / password

You may change your password yourself. If you want to change your username e-mail us magsocclub@yahoo.com with your desired user name.

The registration system tells me that a birth year is required but does not allow me to enter a birth year

This is Bonzi's way of telling you that your birth year is wrong for the group for which you are registering. Check to be sure you are selecting the right group for registration - which should be U plus your child's age as of July 31 plus 1 year. For example if you child turns 9 on April 20 the age on July 31 is 9 and the playing age is U10. E-mail us magsocclub@yahoo.com if there appears to be an error or if you want to make a special request to play in another age group

The registration system will not allow my child to registrar in our selected age group

My child is 4 years old but ready to play

This year we will consider making an exception for players

who will turn 5 in August
who will attend kindergarten this fall
whose parents sign-up for a significant volunteer position (such as coach or board member) with Magnolia Soccer Club.

There are indoor programs for younger players through Arena Sports and Magnolia Community Center sports programs (206-386-4235).

My browser stalls in the middle of registration

This system is very sensitive to browsers and cookies. The first remedy is restart your browser and restart the registration process. Some people have found that their kids can help them with the registration process. If problem persist e-mail us magsocclub@yahoo.com. It will help us if you will include things such as operating system, browser type, where in the process you run into trouble and any error messages that you receive.

The confirmation forms have a box for notarization

The medical release and code of conduct do not need to be notarized.
