1. Represent the Club at all meetings of SYSA, WSYSA, and other organizations with which the Club is associated, except those which these Bylaws assign to the Judicial Coordinator |

2. Disseminate information from SYSA (schedules, policies, programs, etc.) |

3. Perform the duties of the President in his or her absence |

| Secretary/Auditor |
1. Provide notice, act as parliamentarian, vote valid proxies and record the minutes of meetings of the members and the Board |

2. Handle correspondence and other communications for the Club |

3. Maintain the club in good standing with the State of Washington |
|
4. Maintain complete, current and accurate Club records such as copies of the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Board resolutions and motions, minutes of meetings, etc. |

5. Distribute meeting notices |

6. Monitor the answering machine/voicemail |
|
|
| Treasurer |
1. Maintain complete, current, and accurate records of all financial transactions of the Club. |
|
2. Publish a monthly report reflecting the current financial position to the Board |

3. Be responsible for all funds of the Club which shall be deposited in the name of the Club in one or more checking accounts, savings accounts, or money market mutual funds sponsored by state of federally chartered banking institutions. |
|
4. Prepare a detailed annual budget for the Club's operations for presentation at the Club's February Board of Director's meeting |
|
5. Register the Club annually as a non-profit corporation with the WA State Secretary of State |
|
6. Prepare and submit Internal Revenue Service reports required by law |
|
7. Provide recommendation on all Club expenditures prior to any financial commitment being made |
|

| Registrar |
1. Be responsible for proper annual registration of teams, players, and coaches with WSYSA and SYSA |
|
2. Be responsible for all insurance matters for the Club |
|
3. Assign registered players to teams |
|
4. Maintain records on all players registered with the Club |
|
5. Publish registration information to the Board |
|
|
| Equipment |
1. Responsible for purchasing and maintaining Club uniforms and equipment such as soccer balls, nets, goals, first aid kits, etc |

2. Prepare budget for Treasurer before the Feb. deadline |
|
3. Distribute equipment to and collect equipment from coaches as needed |
|
4. Publish and maintain an inventory report |

| Association Coaching Director |
1. Responsible for recruiting coaches for Association teams |

2. Develop Code of Conduct and enforcement policies |

3. Interface and intervene with coaches during the year as needed |

4. Collect coaches data needed by the Registrar |

5. Schedule clinics for coaches training |
|
|
| Program Development |
1. Establish training and development programs for players and coaches during the season and during the off-season |

2. Work with Coaching Director to schedule and conduct clinics for coaches |

3. Identify training opportunities |

| Mod Coaches Coordinator |
1. Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of the Mod Program; sets the parameters of the season for practice and for competition |

2. Ensures qualified coaches for all mod teams |
|
|
| Mod Teams Coordinator |
1. Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of the Mod Program; sets the parameters of the season for practice and for competition |

2. Establishes rosters for all Mod Teams |
|

| Fields Coordinator |
1. Responsible for working with Seattle Parks and Rec as a liaison on issues related to fields |
|
2. Develops schedule for practice for all teams (Mod, Association, and District) |
|
3. Fields Advocate for the Magnolia Soccer Club when needed. Keeps abreast of field issues in Seattle |

| Assoc. Referee Coordinator |
1. Responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling qualified association level referees |
|

| Judicial Coordinator |
1. Represent the Club at all meetings regarding rules, conduct of players, and other judicial matters. These meetings are scheduled by SYSA and WSYSA. |

2. Preside at monthly meetings of SYSA Judicial Committee |

| Photo Coordinator |
1. Work with the Photo vendor to schedule Photo Day |

2. Coordinate with coaches to set up photo times. |
