Note: 1. U06 and U07 games are split-squad games, i.e. simultaneous 3 versus 3 games on side by side fields. 2. Other age groups will play single games. 3. Medical Release Forms Every player must have a signed medical release form on file with the coach before they participate in any team activities. Coaches must keep these with them at all team events, in case of emergency. Each family will be emailed a form to sign, or you can print blank forms click here.
