• Seattle Youth Soccer Association requires that we keep a copy of a certified birth certificate on file for each player.
  
• A passport is a satisfactory substitute. A hospital birth certificate is not sufficient.
  
• They may be faxed (206-285-3174), e-mailed (rsigley@u.washington.edu) or mailed (Magnolia Soccer Club, c/o Robert Sigley, 2425 Montavista Pl W, Seattle 98199.
  
• We save the certificates as password protected PDF files.  We shred the paper copies and delete the e-mailed or faxed copies.
  

Team placement

• We cannot honor special requests for team placement including playing up.
  
• New Mod teams are formed each year based on coach availability and player experience.
  
• Association players usually return to their prior team but see team formation guidelines.
  

Scholarships

• Need-based scholarships are available for part or all of the soccer registration. 
  
• The late fee of $20 will not be waived so register early.
  
• E-mail a written scholarship request to Magnolia Soccer Club, magsocclub@yahoo.com.
  

Refund Policy

• Refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee for players choosing not to play.
  
• Full refunds will be given if we cannot find a team for you – this rarely occurs.
  
• No refunds after September 11.
  

Coach Registration

• You need to register every year.
  
• Use the special request field to indicate your preferred co-coach or assistant coach.
